On the current app, it is very long & unclear to follow a construction project. Features come in number and are most of the time hidden.

• Heuristic analysis : what are the main pain points of the curently used app ?
• according to language used, flexibility, efficiency, error prevention, etc.
• User research :
• to the OP’s team at Saqara & to clients

Ideate

It is important to categorize, prioritize and empty the app with unnecessary features.

• Information architecture : schematic structure and content of the app.
• Crazy 8 : creativity workshop to develop new ideas
• Card sorting workshop : categorize, prioritize ideas & features
